Shipping & Policies
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information.
PROCESSING
We know you want your order ASAP! Current TAT is 3-5 days.
Please note, orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
TRANSIT TIME
All orders are shipped by USPS within 3-5 days. Shipping transit time begins once the order ships. Your estimated shipping timeframe would depend on whether "Rush Order" was added to order.
Please note, the shipping transit times above are only estimations per USPS. We can not guarantee a shipment date or arrival date.
TRACKING
You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We hope you are obsessed with your new YBPO nails! If that's not the case, we are happy to return your new, unused, and unopened nails HASSLE FREE within 30 days of purchase!

CANCEL ORDER
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at yvonnesbombpressons@outlook.com.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
